Event Details

On Saturday January 16, 2010 the Wounded Warrior Project and Fpi will host its 50s Party, Dinner, Auction and Dance.  Our event will be held at the QLN Center located at 1938 Avenida Del Oro, Oceanside, CA.  Doors will open at 6:00 P.M.  Tickets to the event are $35.00 per person.

The main goal of our event is to raise funds for awareness, research and rehabilitation for our servicemen and servicewomen who are returning from Iraq and Afghanistan with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).  Experts say that TBI has surfaced as the staple injury among returning American soldiers, including more than 2000 Marines from Camp Pendleton.  They were injured serving and protecting our country.

Someday the fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan will close, but for so many soldiers their war will never end.

Scheduled appearances by Connie Stevens, Troy Shondell (This Time), Dick and Dee Dee (Mountain High),Dale and Grace(I'm Leaving It All Up To You), Charles Wright ( Express Yourself), Deke and the Blazers, and many other celebrities.

Dress attire is 50s theme.
